USCIS Increases Premium Processing Fees

On Friday, October 16, 2020, the USCIS announced that beginning Monday, October 19, 2020, the processing fees for Form 1-907, Request for Premium Processing, will increase from $1,440 to $2,500 for all filings, while 1-129, requesting H-2B or R-1 nonimmigrant status, increased from $1,440 to $1,500. Any Form I-907 postmarked date on October 19 and thereafter which does not include the increased fees will be rejected. If filing was mailed by UPS, FedEx or DHL, the postmark date will be the date posted on the courier's receipt.
